All Sales Are Final
Due to the sanitary nature of our mat towels, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date under the following conditions:

The mat towel must be unused, with no visible signs of wear, use, washing, stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, if applicable.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including the cost of returning the original item and shipping the replacement item.

Once the returned towel has been received and inspected, we will process your exchange if it meets the eligibility requirements.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product does not meet the conditions outlined above.
